You have killer arms my friend. Do you work out at home or go to the gym?
And the legs on the table tricep lift? Bwahahaha - I was imagining my butt falling straight to the floor!
March 10th, 2008 at 2:26 pm
I just might try that. At least I don’t have to remember how much weight to do.

Michelle, pre-toddler? gymgymgym. now? I do try and go (and if I do it’s for max 15 minutes or so) but mainly homestuff and life with a toddler.
for me it’s all about consistency with all 3: clean eating, cardio, and some kind of weight lifting (even if it is mainly a 30 lb squirming Toddler).
Heather, it really is SO IMPORTANT to get the form right first so *definitely* do the soup cans until the breathing/form is second nature—–then get yerself some 3lb weights and go from there!

Michelle - I’m right there with you - my butt would be on the floor!!
Ok - you are inspiring me. (and it might be the fact that I went clothes shopping this weekend and things were tight on my arms!) I promise to try to do these exercises at least twice this week. I’ll report back next Monday and see if I actually do it.

LOVE the facetime! (although I was staring at your arms the whole time..they. are killer.)
And love dips. They’re really easy to do anywhere!

OMG! Your arms are amazing. Was like Katio and couldn’t take my eyes off your tri’s and bi’s. I’m so inspired now.

It seems that quite a lot of people are giving you some arm-love! And I’m right here with them!

Hi M, thanks for letting me know about the prize draw - when you emailed me I had to lol because it was such a cool surprise….kinda ties in to some work I started on myself last week re: LOA.
And very cool dips, you’re getting a workout on your abs doing that too, aren’t you? I’m not sure if I’m strong enough to do those right now even though I’ve increased the weight of my resistance bands I’m using. I do pull downs for my triceps, they’re one of my most challenging exercises and I sure do feel it.
Anyway thanks very much!
