		<description>Hi M, thanks for letting me know about the prize draw - when you emailed me I had to lol because it was such a cool surprise....kinda ties in to some work I started on myself last week re: LOA. 

And very cool dips, you&#039;re getting a workout on your abs doing that too, aren&#039;t you? I&#039;m not sure if I&#039;m strong enough to do those right now even though I&#039;ve increased the weight of my resistance bands I&#039;m using. I do pull downs for my triceps, they&#039;re one of my most challenging exercises and I sure do feel it.
