Monday Facetime.

Subtitle: Your MizFit rolls sorta Blair Witch style.

We’ve previously established in our facetimes that the MizFit needs a friend or three who doesnt/dont work and are thrilled to spend their days following her ass around with a video camera.

This week the MizFit rolled solo whilst executing lunges (and juggling knives but that part ended up on the cutting-room floor).

It still is fairly non-rambly and self-explanatory (with minor HORRIFYING subject/verb disagreement sprinkled in for good measure).

    I’m just going to lay down and kick right now because your video’s don’t like me! I press play and I get “We’re sorry, this video is no longer available”

    On the bright side, surely that laying down and kicking will count as exercise ;)

    Bowing to your lunges! I used to hate them, but have now learned to accept them. Why? Because I want my legs to be in as great of shape as yours!

    I love lunges. They’re my go-to leg exercise. And while I enjoyed the video, I did not so much enjoy the slight motion sickness that accompanied it. Good thing it was on the computer screen and not the regular TV.

    The Bag Lady watched your video. Cursed her own inactivity. Went and did 35 minutes of yoga. Hey, it ain’t lunges, but wasn’t it you who said baby steps? (really, I’m sure I read that here….)

    Nice!! Oh, I have the same design Nike shorts on, but without the “v” cut.
    I guess we both pay attention to Charlotte’s advice on dressing for the workout :-)

    Seriously. I love you.

    Lunges are my bff. They’re too easy to not do all over the place. And you don’t use weights? I so get that- it’s funny how things get harder if you’re really focusing on form.

    You rock, girl. Although I was hoping to see some OTK socks now that we’re doing legs;) You have fabulous form (and your filming skills are pretty good too)!!

    Dr. J - man, I really seem to have freaked people out with that post. I’m sure your shorts are wonderful - just wear underwear, that’s all I’m saying:)

    Ooo, lunges are great! I don’t use weights either since they would make me wobble and get off balance. I think that would defeat the purpose! :)

    I like lunges, just don’t do enough of them. I ran 5 miles and spent an hour doing strength training via Pilates today, does that count?

    Mizfit! I’ve been lurking around watching your monday facetimes for a few days now and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them so just popping by to say a little thank you. I was at the gym on monday doing bicep curls and I heard your voice in my head…”sets and repetitions…now stretch that muscle for 30 seconds!” haha And now I know that when my back leg slams during lunges, thats not me just working extra hard! Thanks!
