My son has a terrible aversion to eating raw fruit for some reason, so I make it into smoothies for him and then he loves it! I do a martial art and I normally train 5 nights a week but we're in our pre-season at the moment so I've been doing cardio and strength work in the gym. I need to get back to 127 because it's my competition weight, but I'd also like to drop body fat and build up a bit more muscle, mostly for a vanity reason, to show off the muscle tone that I've developed over the last 10 years of training. :)I'm doing weights 5 days a week for the last 3 weeks, alternating between Arms & Chest and Legs & Back, and I've been trying to fit in some form of cardio every day too. I've been watching my calories, trying to keep between 1200-1500, but of all good healthy stuff so I'm not feeling deprived or hungry. I've lost a few lbs and I'm noticing more definition in my upper abs, but I'm still not too pleased so I guess I'm just impatient... :)So.. should I be taking protein shakes? Will they help me?

Ok this may be a silly question… but should I be taking a protein shake?

I’m 25, 5ft6, currently weighing 134lbs but trying to get back to my pre-summer binge weight of 127lbs. Since hemp protein does not have any sugar or flavoring added you can take as much as you need to get as much protein as you want. Also it is the easiest on your stomach. Stick to Hemp.

Hi, yes it can seriously pass for protein because thanks to the fiber of Marijuana Muscle aka Hemp, it absorbs better into your body.
