Like someone else said, I find what other people eat very interesting. It's definitely a very personal thing...so thanks, that is a great example.

Thanks for answering my question. Two questions: is it cooked on the stove? and how much water do you put in it? Thanks:)

That chocolate cake recipe has me very much desiring to make it. I aspire to eat things that have no preservatives and awful chemicals in them but how I love the random snack food like goldfish...Oh well, always something to work toward. I just did one set of the 21s and wowza, that is really a kick ass bicep work out. A lot harder than it sounds. Next time I will lower my weights and try to get more sets.

Love all the varied thoughts on the clean eating. So, made a salad and one slice of toast with tuna. Even better that what you love is on the healthy side of the food spectrum! I think perhaps the taste buds prefer the cleaner foods after awhile than all the processed junk. There is hope for me! :)OK, here's a weird one, as far as eating tuna goes:I like it with pepper, shredded cheddar cheese, heated in microwave, and rolled up in a ww tortilla. Add some BBQ sauce for fun. :)

The ah-ha moment: when you said you eat what you love and never feel deprived!
