How do I pick out a comfy brassiere from the assorted marked bra names like, triumph, sorella and wacoal, etc? Besides getting the proper breasts size measurements, what else should I look at when picking out a bra? Particularly in regard to the versatile designs of the bra?

I get the Lily of France sport bras from Kohls. They have wide(r) slightly padded straps and underwire. I know the underwire sounds uncomfortable, but its actually on the outside, so its not against your skin. The bottom band never rides up, as it can on regular uni-boob bras, with larger chests. I’ve been wearing this type for about 10 years and I play volleyball competitively (8 hour tournaments, plus 2-3 leagues a week), run (sometimes), play soccer, and work out every day at lunch. I always hang to dry so the elastic doesn’t wear as quickly. I try to buy a new one every couple of month (about $30, but Kohl’s regularly has these on sale for about $20-$25). I’ve only had the underwire come out on one of them, and I can still wear it around the house after I pulled the other wire out (they are separate). The last time I bought one, they had come out with a dry-fit type material (instead of cotton), so I bought that one instead and I really like it. Oh—they also fasten in the back with 3 hooks (have you ever tried to pull an underwire bra on over the head, ouch?)!

If you're in the market for a new sportsbra, Title Nine's selection is awe inspiring http://www.titlenine.com/jump.jsp?itemType=CATEGORY&itemID=674
they're kind of pricey, but last time I was in the market for one I started there and then went to amazon and searched for their recommended brands.

I'll echo the comments.. on body glide and moisture wicking bra.. Moving Comfort makes a great one as well as champion. Activa.com or OneHanesPlace.com are good for getting sales on them both.

But before you go to a home remedy, make sure to get the rash checked to make sure it isn't a fungus. I think one of the commenters stated that already. If its a fungus and you just go with a home remedy, powder, desitin,etc.. you may irritate more and it will take longer to heal and leave an ugly mark that you will work hard at removing.. :)

it's already been said but i'll say it again. body glide.

as a runner with big boobs but petite everywhere else (they're not implants-i swear!!), i have the same problem. at least i did until i discovered body glide. a swipe underneath each boob and i'm good to go. yeah.

<strong> OK. Even this MizFit O'The Tiny Tatas thinks she might print out this list.

(seriously tiny. when American Gladiators was on the *first* time I sorely wanted to be on and gave MYSELF the gladiator name of Moody Small Boobs.)

Or perhaps Ill just organize/cut/paste/post.

you guys are creative problem solvers.

Have you tried Butt cream? It is in the baby isle at Target and Walmart and I swear by it for rashes, itching and everything. I started using it for my daughters diaper rash and now for everything else. Wish I had bigger boobs to have such problems. Good luck.
