Ok... I just got to see the video.. It's amazing what early morning reading will do for you on a computer that works! Anyway, I forgot if I left a tip for a newbie runner... So hopefully I won't be repeating myself or anyone.. But.. If you think you are running slow, slow down some more. There's no reason to speed it up.. You'll have plenty of time for that as time goes on. Just take it slow!

<strong>Wow!!! I know I'm late to the party here...having been out of town. But first:

1. Thank you MizFit! You look awesome in those shorts. Can I hire you to model for Oiselle??? I wish my legs, and oh gosh, my arms - had your toning!

2. The vagina rejuvenation is just too weird and funny. But that's what I love about NYC...they have it ALL.

3. I've been running and racing for 20 years - but started out as a slothful, beer drinking, pudgy faced, cigarette smoking college student. Which just goes to show you that anyone can take to this sport. But it IS a learn to love it thing. Doesn't happen instantly. My advice, which echoes a lot of what has already been said:

- The right shoes. Get thee to a run specialty shop and have them fit you with the right shoe, depending on your unique gait.

- The right bra. For a long time I was searching for the perfect sports bra. One that combined the best of compression, shaping, and a no see-through liner. At the risk of being totally self-promo here, we have this exact bra coming out next month...it's called GoodForm(tm) construction and it will be available in our bras and shimmels.

- The three week rule. Running won't start to feel good until you've stuck with it for at least three weeks, 3-4 times per week.

- Run with friends. The time -- and the miles -- will fly by. Plus, you can get coffee and a snack afterwards...the best part!

- Try a fun run or train for a marathon. The energy and excitement that comes from racing is really fantastic, and motivating, and will make you want to keep running - even when the crowds are gone.

Thanks again MizFit - and all commenters - what a great read! :)<strong>

floss... anyways, new runners need to remember that you can still get naystay blisters with old shoes, so if you think a blister is forming- knock it off so that you don't spend a week with no running trying to get the frickin' thing to heal all the while putting your training on a hiatus... me bitter... nah.

OK so this is all the way down here on your 119th comment, but still, I had to.

It may have already been mentioned but I find it odd how Phit is so close to **it, as is the vagina to the back entrance. Did they name is specifically because of that purpose?

I'm still giggling from many of the comments and seem to have left my wittiness still in bed, so I won't try to add my own inout on the vajayjay spa.

I will, however, second the comments about how the first mile or so can be tough even for seasoned runners. I'm far from an expert, but have been running for about 5-6 years now and finished 2 marathons and countless shorter races and I still have to talk myself out of stopping during the first mile or so of ohsomany of my runs. I'm not saying push through pain or anything, but if you're not quite feelin' it, give it time. Keep going -- what's it gonna hurt? You may find you get into the rhythm after a few more minutes and then the time and footsteps just fly by.
