OH--I just read your comment about your schedule. Wow. I am in the same place. Only, until recently I just stayed UP until 2 a.m. versus getting up early. But, I keep reading that sleep is so important and working late at night gave me the worst insomnia. So, I&#039;m trying to ease myself into earlier bedtimes and getting up early. Would love to hear any advice you have on this!</description>
