After 37 years of battling the bulge I finally one the war - I went from a 16 to an 8 and it was the toughest fight of my life but so worth it.
Thanks for sharing the story and for being an inspiration.  I love her philosophy as simple in this case is so much better.  I would always think 1lb at a time as the quick fix is crap and does not work.Love the guest bloggers -Cheers
