You&#039;re walking, swimming, or whatever, and you don&#039;t have access to any food that you don&#039;t have to order and pay for, which for me slows down intake.  When I was on my trip, I woke up early and did an hour of cardio in the mornings while my traveling companion was still asleep.I understand having friends who are concerned about your history with eating disorders, because I&#039;ve been there.  However, if you have that under control, she shouldn&#039;t be worried.So if you WANT to work out, then do.  Don&#039;t worry about her comfort because exercise is good for you.  It&#039;s not like she has to watch.  If you don&#039;t want to work out, then take a break!  I&#039;ll bet you&#039;ve earned it.
