Wow! That is SO awesome. I think some stars were aligned yesterday. I had even forwarded the link for these shirts to my sister in law who works as a children’s advocate for abused kids - telling her how great I think these shirts were and that her whole staff should get one. Thanks for the comment Miz. I have to try a little bit harder to get that protein into my daily routine but when I do I sure notice a difference–with cravings, weight loss, etc.
On a funny note, I actually had to type in IMO to see what that means
I’ve seen it before but always forget to look it up. Should have guessed what it inferred but I am SOOO not up on my internet jargon!

i just did a random act of kindness … sitting at the airport still waiting to leave and we almost had a fight break out over the available outlet. since my laptop was basically charged, i gave up my plug so both people could use it.
so i missed yesterday, but got today.
