I just wanted to say THANK YOU for your post earlier this week about not taking “no” as an answer. I practiced it TWICE yesterday and was successful both times. I got my smog check on my car for $10 less than they wanted to charge me (we argued over whether my Honda was a car or an SUV) and then I got a new blackberry two months early despite the contract, etc. Being persistent — and getting great advice from Mizfit — pays off!!
