I practiced it TWICE yesterday and was successful both times. I got my smog check on my car for $10 less than they wanted to charge me (we argued over whether my Honda was a car or an SUV) and then I got a new blackberry two months early despite the contract, etc. Being persistent -- and getting great advice from Mizfit -- pays off!! :) I just wanted to say THANK YOU for your post earlier this week about not taking “no” as an answer.
