Hi, Bumbling Band. Under normal circumstances you wouldn’t hear from me, but you’ve probably noticed that the site keeps crashing or timing out. We’ve contacted the host, and they’ve assurred us that the server is undergoing maintenance and will be done soon.
MizFit thanks you for your patience and perseverance with the Refresh button. Perhaps she can post a Facetime about finger exercises.
In the off chance that it really is Us, not Them, feel free to leave comments here about what kinds of errors you’re seeing.

Ah server problems are teh suck. Hope things get straightened out soon. Though I had no problem getting here.
No problems for me except I could use a bit more sleep.
And I have to work all day but that shouldn’t be too bad.

I’ve never had a problem. I have an iMac and use Safari; don’t know if that has anything to do with it or not.

Don’t know if anyone else is seeing this problem but, your site continues to pump out thought provoking rather amusing insight into the health and wellness world on a daily basis. This is usually followed by 100 or so comments that border on wise and funny with a sprinkle of compassion.
You may need to check with your host to see if this will stop in the future because it draws the easily entertained like flies.
