Hope you had a great Thanksgiving, Miz and the Band. Among other things, I am grateful for this community and the insight you all provide. I’ve recently switch careers to fitness and, aside from the wealth of fitness knowledge, I really appreciate this group for exposure to so many perspectives – it really helps me understand clients better – and when I can I understand, I can hopefully be more helpful and motivating to them.
