Lori of this comment: I tried chia quite awhile ago when you were talking about it and LOVE it. It did not affect me or my husband like it did yours… I either put it in my oatmeal, yogurt or a smoothie. Is there a difference in the white vs. black chia? I’ve only ever bought the black seeds.
