Sounds like an absolutely great book! I’m going to see if my library can get it if I don’t win I try to keep all my main meals in the 300 calorie or less range, so this would be absolutely perfect! And — I desperately need help planning some different meals. Woman cannot live by chicken breast alone!

After one of our dance lessons, I embarrassed my husband by doing the samba down the aisles of Hobby Lobby. Hey, it’s a great abs workout! And once you get that rhythm in your head, you can’t stop!

And he SAYS he was embarrassed, but I know he was watchin’ my butt the whole time! LOL
