Just got back from my outside Sunday jog (about 90 minutes plus) about an hour ago. I am in the gym the rest of my workouts. Had a really good one this morn & I always do some abs/core before the jog to get the bod all warmed up.
Now, I am ready to roll when the hubby wakes up & I have earned my big ole cookie for the week… OK, maybe two with the female perimenopause hormones raging.. YIKES! Watch out everyone!
oooh… just got back from Santa Fe… have a whole weekend of activity to log
hopefully I’ll get to it tomorrow… right now I need to stretch my quads and soak in some hot water. Who knew climbing all those primitive stone stairs up the side of a cliff face to get to the cave dwellings would be so strenuous?
