		<description>I was watching you thinking...my kids would want to use them as hurdles...then you brought it up! :) Not sure I&#039;d try to hurdle, but I want to do those rows...and dips...oh and core...oh my!

		<description>hurdles? i think i&#039;ve tried hurdles once waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in the day so those would obviously be fun to do! other than that ... start off with doing chin-ups with that thing and eventually move to the big scary pull-up bar at the gym.</description>

		<description>I would love it for my 10 year old. She and I have started sit-ups each night &amp; morning. Starting small for her 20 each time. I think she&#039;ll get excited about it. Unfortunately, our gym only allows 12 year olds in the exercise area. I think it would work great for both of us to work on together! She and I would love it for pull-ups, dips and whatever else they have on that card that my 10 year old would be interested in. It would be her thing! And I suspect she&#039;ll want to do the hurdles too...</description>
