		<description>Interestingly enough, my routine&#039;s been shaken up in the *exact* opposite direction. I hurt my ankle. So I can&#039;t run. So I&#039;ve instead been hitting the elliptical trainer. Talk about different!

p.s. I ran a mile on Monday and my ankle handled it fine :-D</description>
