First & foremost a BIG thank you to everyone who has listened to my whining over the past few weeks.
Ren Man is finally home and as you can see the Tornado has a fondness for pink make-up and all is right in our world.
Next, I am traveling to Blissdom this week and, while there, will be a guest on Dr.Fitness & The Fat Guy.
Have a question you’d want the guys to ask me?
Anything from my approach to running with a tutu taped to head to fitness while travelin’?

How do you juggle being so busy and staying healthy?
When you weigh yourself, don’t forget to deduct half a pound for the ink under your skin! Is this now totally wrapped all the way around your thigh? (I’m curious to know what weird yoga position you had to hold to get the inner thigh done. I’m picturing you holding one leg up in the air.)
You are such a brave woman with the tatoo!! My 4 hour one made me crazy the entire time. Definatley never got better with time (as my friends said it would!) But, I’m a pain wimp!

Hey ppl. I love tattoos so much. Actually it is a symbol of strength. So I like some tattoos like which means the powerfulness. So it would be better if you post here some more design of tattoos.

Hi! Totally off the subject…
I was part of Seth’s Primal Stride Challenge. He had to put it on pause for two weeks a few weeks ago. He seems really fond of you (as we all are), would you check in on him? If he doesn’t want to continue PSC, that’s cool, no problem. I’m just hoping he has continued with his journey and not been frustrated or given up. He seems like a great guy and deserves to reach his dreams.
