    Love these podcasts! I SO look forward to them :)

    Agree with both of your thoughts on food journaling- I think its very personality driven. I sort of half track- mostly to make certain that I’m getting enough protein! But I think you have to know what works for you and whether or not you’ll get obsessive about it.

    I crave running now and never used to understand how people could actually miss running or really WANT to run! It creeps up on ya ;)

    I’ve been listening to all the podcasts and I love them! Great to listen to while I workout, and I love that you include all the blogger news. Just wish there were more of them.
