		<description>I love the idea of this and wonder what it would be like to blog and video blog in general. I love watching and reading yours and find it inspiring.

I am a therapist and I work with kids who have anxiety disorders including OCD, phobias, PTSD and generalized anxiety. I can give them tools but they have to do the scary work of believing and trusting themselves in the face of the fear they feel. This is hard work- I know because I have been through it as well. 
I also work with children with morbid obesity who struggle with low self esteem and school bullying.
I will never forget the day I had a 8 year old girl say to me she wrote the words &quot;I believe in myself&quot; on her wall.  It made me realize that I am teaching children to believe in themselves while feeling some really big fears and I also need to be pushing myself beyond my own fears. We are all so much more capable than we even realize. 
That day I signed up for a half marathon and made a commitment to myself to not lose my own strength and foundation so that I can continue to teach others. 
 If I had a video camera, I would help kids record themselves learning about who they are- believing in themselves. I would use the camera as another option and tool to help my work and my own fears as well.

10 min- I have made a recommitment to meditate and will do so in 10 min

10 hours- I will be awake and into my training for the half marathon- April 10 then going to work fully engaged and aware of creating a safe and open space for clients to speak their truth. 

10 months- I will be taking the GRE and applying for a PHd program to further the work I do. I will continue to be in a loving relationship with my boyfriend and continue to learn about myself through my relationship with him.  I will be working on a children&#039;s book- OR educational video!! about childhood anxiety disorders and their treatment options. Also signed up for my first triathalon.

		<description>I&#039;d love to have the video camera to take videos of me and my family moving!!!  I love yoga and healthy cooking, my DD loves ice skating and has been taking figure skating classes for over 5 years, my DH loves to play basketball and soccer and I&#039;m hoping our twin 8 month old boys will love them too, but for now I would video their attempts at moving, rolling around the room and trying to crawl.

I love the 10-10-10.  Never thought about it that way before.  Mine are as follows:

10 minutes - take a shower and get ready to have a great day!

10 hours - Get caught up on work and other tasks around the house.  We&#039;ve been snowed in and I&#039;ve been busy taking care of the boys.  Need to let SIL help with that more today, so things can get done.

10 months - pay down more debt by cleaning out my closets and selling some things I don&#039;t wear to consignment shops in the area.  I also want to decorate our house more to make it feel more like a home.  Our old house felt so much more like a home than this one does.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve never owned any sort of video camera and so very honestly would use it most to video my kids. They are just so darned cute and I regret having no videos of them.
But, then, I would probably have to use it to vlog too, eep, that&#039;s scary! If I could get over my fear of posting my face online, vlogging would serve the same purpose as blogging. The accountability and support I get from the blogging community is priceless in my efforts towards reaching my weight loss and fittness goals.</description>
