Don&#039;t feel like working out? Lie to yourself.  Tell yourself you are just going to go easy and &quot;play&quot; in the gym today. Once you are in there and warmed up, then you may have the workout of your life!  The hardest step is the first step.

Getting bored?  Grab a new partner.

Can&#039;t seem to make it into the gym?  Write it in your appointment book.</description>
